Cake Mix Cookies

Fast Cake Mix Cookies.
1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 C oil
Mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Move onto cooling rack immediately.

These are very versatile. You can use any flavor cake mix. Some of our favorites are:
1 white cake mix and 1 chocolate...mix them separately to get black and white stiff doughs, swirl together before baking.

Same idea as above, but use a strawberry and a lemon. I used this one for Chayce's birthday (pink and yellow).
Again, same, but lemon and cherry chip, if you can find it. Seems to be a holiday flavor.
Yellow cake mix with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Chocolate with PB chips, or mint chips.
Spice cake. Plain. Made small, are perfect for tea parties.
Red velvet...perfect as a RED cookie for valentines day. Add strawberry or white for variety.

I DO NOT recommend the carrot cake mix, as the "carrots" stay crunchy.

Enjoy!
Jillian
